Hello All:

Finally, I am getting off of this get-rich-in-real-estate roller coaster ride and getting back to the basics. I got off track and wound up running up a huge debt. :oops: I will explain that in more detail, in future posts.

Anyway, recently, I was laid off of my inside sales job when I received an emaill from a real estate agency inviting me to take a real estate sales course. They offered to reimburse my tuition! What a great opportunity. I begin classes next week. I am very excited!

I am just looking to reintroduce myself to real estate investing, the right way and
