But the market in DFW is cooling off, someone buying today isnt going to have cash flow, and I dont think they will have much if any ROI. 

There was no trap installed like under the sinks, so when the unit came on it sucked up sewer gas into the cooled air.

I have been jerked around like that and it is not cool.

A really cool option to get the better financing for buying a new personal residence is maybe think about getting into a Triplex or Fourplex!

My reasoning behind this is to secure the equity we currently have in our house now while the market is high and use this money as leverage for when the market cools off a bit in the coming years (hopefully).
