Looking to start building rental portfolio in Colorado Springs

My name is Rick Steinbauer. I’m a former BMW technician and I started a new job as a residential HVAC technician a little over a year ago. I’m looking to get into real estate investment by buying rental properties in the Colorado Springs area. I would like to start with single family residences for now and possibly move to multi family residences in a year or so. I don’t have the capital saved up to do this on my own yet, so I’m very interested in a partnership. I’m looking forward to meeting some of you and learning as much as I can about this industry!
