I want to submit offers on properties but don't have proof of funds.
I have people that I network with who say they are in the market to purchase an apartment building, and would give me ownership if i find a good deal but i feel like not having POF is holding me back

Ever see the bumper sticker that says, "Nobody rides for free"?

If you don't have money, you need to provide value some other way. Can you prove your value as a manager, negotiator, or something? Building wealth doesn't happen without skin in the game and effort.
