In the intial stages of a short sale the agent submits an offer to the bank,but it might take months and m8nths for the bank to respond.when the bank responds they have do a appraisal of the property[bpo] then give an indication of the offer they will accept.if the first buyer refuses then muliple offers will be solicted.you can always submit offers at any stage but it is when the bank starts to evaluate the property then your bids will be meaningful

I also see your POV and I think staging really has to be considered for each unit and how much the deal is worth.I'm curious thought, what do you think about trying to rent out without staging and receiving no tenants, then going the staging route, and then relisting it after it's been staged?
