I know investors in the area that have done that. 

It’s true that not being able to drive can make things a bit more complex, but you can definitely find ways around it.Using rideshare or public transportation is a viable option, especially in areas with good transit systems.

Anybody have experience in this area that would be willing to jump on a call or tell me about how it is going?

Should I ask PM to check Crawlspace area also which was not checked by my mold contractor and remediation contractor?
