Looking for some general advice on getting into a Flex Space new build deal within the Southeast. Where to start? What are some realistic numbers on upfront $$, creative financing, carrying costs, etc?

That is way too vague for anyone to truly be able to help you. What is your definition of flex space? What part of the Southeast? Your numbers are directly related to how many square feet the project will be? What's the goal of the flex space? Who is identifying these markets for you? Why do you want to flex space? What is your investing background?
