My assessment is that there is not any new land in old west Lawrence and pricess there are appreciating faster than anywhere else in Lawrence.  

Looking specifically on the west and south sides of Indy - outside of the loop.

AS cash flow areas are much tougher to manage than what you will experience with a prime West coast 4 plex.
