I'm Ethan a new face to the real estate community. Currently working on earning my NC Real estate license. I intend on starting a real estate investing company here in NC with a focus on multi family apartments & retail/office space for small businesses. I look forward to connecting with you!

Welcome and good luck investing.  I was a RE instructor for post-licensing education in Raleigh from 2012-2014.  Before you start investing, for sure read cover to cover the NC Real Estate Manual 2015-2016.  Knowledge of the law and process is very powerful in negotiation and finding deals.

If you need any advice, reach out.

Tom
