I think there will be regulations one day but rite now I have never heard of a cap on a wholesale assignment fee.

(Also just a heads up that some areas have rules against taking a house off market and popping it back on, depends on the regulations for your area's MLS.) 

This means Facebook, Google, Amazon and the rest of the technological companies should be subject to more strict regulations.

They are saying there is leak on customer fuel line which is basically the maxitrol regulator leaking in the attic.

Where I am, regulations and lot sizes change greatly within the span of a mile or two.

I believe there is a PA law that limits it to 3 or 4 under one roof but I'm sure as with anything that it'll be more regulated within the city versus outside it.

My calls to the County have gone un-returned to date.I've read in the news that some coastal areas are considering regulating which appeared to imply there were no/few regulations at present but wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything.Thanks!

As mentioned above, a local broker who sells land for development would be very helpful as they should know the local jurisdiction's regulations.

This is offered to give managers  continuing education so they can stay abreast the new laws and changes in regulation. 

However, if you choose to go this direction, make sure to find a company who specializes in parks and is familiar with all the state regulations.
