San Diego County short-term ordinance?

I'm looking at some properties in San Diego County, and while I have found information regarding their TOT tax requirement, but have not been able to find a County short-term rental ordinance, does anyone here know if one exists (for County properties in unincorporated areas)?  My calls to the County have gone un-returned to date.

I've read in the news that some coastal areas are considering regulating which appeared to imply there were no/few regulations at present but wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything.

Thanks!
