I'm tired of leads coming in and Im worried that I'm missing an opportunity because these platforms dont provide the info I need, or do they? 

The platform needs to be licensed to answer questions about investments.  

I also learned deeply how to manipulate and utilize CRM systems and social platforms almost to their fullest, including how to really take advantage and track google analytics.

They do great things for me that make it well worth it.But the cost of service for the average consumer is not set by the "free market", it's set by perverse mix of a government enforced, private monopoly.I must admit I do find it difficult to justify 3% to list a property when there are a plethora of alternately viable platforms, were it not for aggressive lobbying and litigation efforts of the NAR. 

Ron, for what it's worth I make debt investments with my SDIRA, which appears to be a popular option on the most popular debt crowdfunding platforms.  

I would like to say that Biggerpockets is the best social network platform for all things real estate!

Like Knipe and now were we hang our license Soldera they are coming out with a lead gen plat form that will be quite competitive..
