It was called something like "realty consulting fee" on the HUD-1.

I was curious if anyone on here has worked with Sandstone Realty for managing properties in the northeast Ohio area?

I work for Networth Realty, and one thing that I have been noticing in this market... is how hard it is to find wholesalers who have REAL numbers, and REAL deals!

She is a rock star no doubt. and I put her together with another lady I know who is wicked smart Jilliene Helman who started Realty Mogul. between those two ladies they really are killing it..

I am also a licensed real estate broker with Nottingham Realty Group and I have had a lot of success helping investors (both local and out-of-state) buy investment properties, repair them, and either lease them to quality tenants (BRRRR) or sell them as a flip (BRSR).
