Has anyone worked with Sandstone Realty in Cleveland?

Hi BP!

I was curious if anyone on here has worked with Sandstone Realty for managing properties in the northeast Ohio area? I am thinking of changing my current PM company and I'd like some feedback. I haven't seen any posts about the company and not a whole lot of info on google. Their rates seem good, so I am definitely interested in learning more from other folks on BP.

@Brian S. I just signed Sandstone up to manage my 4th property out of 5 that I own in Lorain County. I self manage one. They are really good.
