Hey thanks alot.....I'm not that experienced on how to interact on here....I've only read the forum......but I intend to learn......there is a lot of info here, and Ive been around a while and may have a few things to add too......right now my hands are full trying to get my picture to download from my I pad.....anyway I welcome all the information I can get....I have a short time there on my first visit, and I intend to hit the ground running.

If you want to be truly attentive in any one place, you need to really be all there and have meaningful interaction with people.If you try to get fully immersed in ALL of the social media platforms out there, you can literally spend all day chasing your tail and ignoring your actual business.

I pay a bit more for my prop's than probably most here, but with that come Class A Tenants, school zone's that are HIGHLY sought after, and LITTLE interaction with tenants.

I see post on BP were the goal is to get to 5k a month of passive income and the poster feels they then have security for life and can quit the day job etc.from my perspective and just interacting with all sorts of folks for all the years I have,, as one climbs the ladder usually expenses climb with you..

You can look at quite a set of numbers-- 6, 7, even 8 figures--if you just pay yourself first and utilize index funds (especially tax free/deferred).But real estate let's you profit from your own hand, interact with others (especially self managing), and even get some exercise (snow shoveling in winter or painting in summer).
