What ideas do you have?

I feel that once you read the guide you"ll at least have a better idea of where you would like to start!

I run the comps so he has an idea going into appt where we need to be.

Is this another "Me Too" type of a deal where we see that a company comes up with a good business idea and there are then thirty thousand other companies to follow?

Hoping to find others in the CAD market to exchange ideas, information and advice with. 

Additionally, if anyone has any ideas on how to find market lease rates and companies or firms that build steel warehouse buildings that would be greatly appreciated as well.Cheers,Mike

That will give you an idea of what area you want to pursue further investments. 

So this brings me to what ideas and questions i have: i am looking at a nearby new construction multifamily property (townhouse), where the area/location has great schools and convenient  to many amenities such as shopping and easy access to downtown.Also, this townhouse is a new construction property and should reduce or eliminate  my expense cost for the first couple of years due to warranties.
