Try your own insurance company but don't be surprised if they don't insure investment properties and keep looking.I ended up using All State and switching our other policies (home and auto) to them in order to add an umbrella policy.  

I've been looking at Pilsen, Bridgeport, Wicker Park, Bucktown, and UK Village.

As you mentioned needing to increase your auto GL limit to $500K, I'm assuming that the umbrella you purchased is overlaying everything you have - house, cars, rentals? 

This one in particular was merely an auto insurance backlink, but I get them from the adult industry and a variety of others as well.

I own an auto repair shop, and I would think that if I wanted to host a meeting or training for my employees that I could host it at my home and have my business pay me for the use of my home and food.
