U.S. average is ~$4kI use 8% vacancy when underwriting MFR.Always include Management (10%) in your underwriting, even if self-managing, for two reasons: 1) Property management is a job and if self-managing you deserve to be compensated for it, 2) You need to know that an investment property will support itself if you can't (or no longer want to) self-manage.Why are you including Gas and Electricity in your underwriting?
