There is also an opportunity for my parents and I to partner on some other real estate investments within the next couple of years once we've pooled enough capital.The other part of this strategy, and the part I feel the most unsure of, is the structuring of multiple LLCs to protect my personal assets (i.e. retirement pay, TSP, other investments, etc.).

I've also seen the 1 bedrooms have more of a limited applicant pool versus a 2 bedroom which is much more broad.
