I’m so sorry for this ridiculously long post.

They are ridiculous with their regulations.

Which lost, thank the maker because it was ridiculous. 

The incentives I am good with, but the earnest money is ridiculous.

Price per square foot to me is ridiculous and honestly I believe using this approach is a recipe for being taken advantage of by a contractor.

Pushback from tenants is normal, but using the "we paid the last guy" scheme seems ridiculous.

I've had many new investors reach out to me who either want me to:-Write dozens of ridiculous offers that have no chance of even getting a response-Show them a billion properties, while they are waiting for the deal of a lifetime to fall in to their lap. 

That's ridiculous.

Offering a tenant $400 towards their next deposit to move out seems ridiculous at first, until you go through the standard eviction process to get your property back.

I know 2 others who were offered ridiculously bad modifications and both contained charges of $10K to $15K from the lender that were tacked on to the principal.
