You have a little more comfort than if you were purely renting by the room but you still get decent revenue from renting the "main" unit since it's almost like renting a SFH.When house hacking in Atlanta, I consider it a win if you're reducing your housing expense to somewhere around $500-1000 depending on comfort level, quality of home, location etc...
