New Investor... Looking for info on growing markets and Investor friendly areas
Hello all, my name is William Sconyers. I am just starting out and trying to do my due diligence on where there might be some good areas for me to start investing in. primarily looking for buy and hold cash flow properties with possible flips and other strategies sprinkled in if they make more sense for the specific deal. Will most likely be looking at OOS investing or if in TN it will probably be farther to the west or north east. My main goal is to have multiple cash flow rental properties in the next few years, scaling progressively from there. I have a basic idea of some of the criteria will be looking for but really not at that point yet until I find an area and work out potential team members.
My main question at the moment is what are some good sites to look into finding areas that are growing either renter population and/or major business growth attracting people to the area. Tying in with that sites to check data on more investor friendly areas of the country with either no state taxes or promising markets. Really any advise on where to find information like this or personal experiences in your areas would be a huge help. Thanks in advance!

You have probably heard from many about investing in the midwest, which I will say here again, lol.
I am a realtor in the greater Cincinnati area, so I would recommend Cincinnati and Northern Ky. But another city to lookout for is Columbus, OH. All 3 of these areas are growing and strong rental markets. I think it is worth it to at least look into these areas. Let me know if I can help you with your search or answer any questions
