In most instances, that's all they ask - they don't have the common sense to include at least some preliminary information about the deal; no address, no purchase amount, not even what city and state it's in!

Average life of hardwood floors is probably much better than you think.We refinished the floors in a 80 year old house and I was shocked how lovely they turned out.. rented the equiptment except for the hand sander.
