Apple is moving into RTP (w/ a temporary set up at the MetLife bldg in Cary) and Google will be in Downtown Durham with plans for a permanent campus elsewhere, but likely RTP. 

I have done a number of investments in India and since I am going to live in the US permanently now, I am ready to start doing the same in US now.
