Lender that can do conventional financing on a modular home
I own a modular home, not manufactured, in an established community. I own the land and I pay an HOA fee. I want to eventually sell.
It sits on a permanent concrete foundation with cinder block piers in the center. It has 3" sewer stack vents not 1.5"
It was built in 1976, I do not know which month but I'm guessing before June as there are no permanently attached HUD tags. I do not have any HUD information, period. Over the last 3 years of ownership, we have gone to extreme efforts to locate any type of tag or paper to no avail.
Certainly, there has to be a lender somewhere that could provide a conventional mortgage without this information. That is what I am in search of so I can sell it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
