New..... and need advice on Financing
Hello ya all,
I just inherited my mothers home, Title is in my name, house is worth 80,000 but she left a reverse mortgage and I need to finance 36,000 to pay that off.
I have a renter (my son actually) he will be paying 550/month Presently I do
not qualify for a 'conventional bank loan" PLEASE any ideas on financing, I need this within next 45 days max to pay off Wells Fargo Reverse mortgage
