If not how do you plan to increase you MBA (Major Bank Account) and how do you plan to do it more effectively?

It's about 4 1/2 years old with a major "dressing up" done less than a year ago, granite, S/S appliances, etc, etc.We got it for just under $100/ft and they're leaving us a HUGE refrigerator.
