Im 19 years old, looking to start flipping houses. i have a little background in mortgage and have some family friends that are real estate agents. i Have 4k in the bank right now and havent started to build any credit yet. and i live in The Bay Area, CA.

[b] Do i need to build some credit before i can buy a house and try to flip it?

i know the market isnt the greatest right now in CA, Is it a good idea to get in the buisness at this point in time?
