Hi all,I am just starting on my real estate investing journey and had a quick question for anyone who has bought a property at auction.I know that after winning a bid on a property, payment is due within a few hours usually and most want it in cash.

Bank wins the auction, homeowner gets a stay, what have you.

Even if you win the case, it is an additional expense, tons of headache, and always does not worth the effort. 

My strategy and understanding of investing has changed dramatically, but my obsession remains the same, and that's where most of my wins come from.

For the tenant, it eliminates the risk of them having to pay rent, advertising expenses, & utilities for months while I look for a replacement, so it's really a WIN WIN.No land lord should ever "just keep the deposit." 

It’s a win for them because it’s like 30-50% cheaper than a 1 Bedroom apartment.

I can reach out to some and hopefully I can create a win/win. 

Right now, I am focusing on the wholesaling process so I can have earned income during school while gaining experience in finding deals and creating a network (win/win/win).
