(I have spent the last two years studying with people using some cutting edge research technology that opens up a door into a wider world.)

We purchased the property in Nov of 2016 and distributions begin in October.  

We moved to the SF Bay area about 2 years ago for job reasons (…you guessed it – technology) and currently rent a 2 bedroom house.

In the age to technology everything can be handled with email, texts and pictures etc.

As much as technology and people can serve you in the realm of information on someone, it isn't as hard to find out the kinds of people you're gonna be lending to.

The city has reinvented itself from the old steel town to be a leader of healthcare, technology, education and finance industries. 

A landlord/manager may use a technology, perform certain processes, or keep preventative maintenance plan that can all be reasons you attract better tenants and keep them.As an active investor and management company in Chicago proper, Dupage, Cook, & Kane County in Illinois we are always looking for innovative ways to be better at what we do and interested in why other people think they are better?

I've just discovered this technology that allows you to place a toilet nearly anywhere in a house.
