If you ignore all the noise, I was just trying to confirm that a person can have an ownership on a property even though he/she is not on the title or loan. 

We have started to rate applicants on these PITA items:Reason for moving: responsible/compelling vs. drama/noise/neighbor issuesIndications fussy or drama: long messages, repeats self, overly assertive, many/late calls/textsGoogle/Facebook search: responsible, or high drama, etcI'd be happy to send my scoring system to anyone who wants to send me their e-mail address (PM or tagging me).

I aim to purchase 50 units in 5 years and am excited to grind every day to reach this goal.Longer term, I would like to invest in small apartment units, and I would love to own 150 units one day. 

I am 29 years old financially free and I hope this inspires someone to keep grinding and know the finish line is in sight.
