Hello BG Community,I had a question if the new Brokerage agreement fee of $499 can be waived by the real estate agent?

Now, I'm looking to venture into real estate investment for several reasons:Diversify my investment portfolioBuild generational wealthLower my taxable incomeMy Investment Criteria:Buy and Hold Strategy: I'm focused on long-term investments.Cash Flow: Not a priority for me; I don’t need the income from these properties, even in retirement.Acquisition Pace: I plan to acquire one or two properties per year.

We are excited to be in the Lowcountry and can't wait to experience nice weather year around.I have recently retired from my previous job and am thinking about getting into Real Estate full time.

When I first started looking into real estate investing, I was a little more strapped for cash and had looked into wholesaling.

There are so many options for Real Estate CRM's and many are not easy to use. 

A couple more questions for y'all:- Anyone have experience with CO Springs real estate or assuming a VA loan as a civilian willing to share their experience?
