Purchasing a mobile home park with units also and currently have no lease agreement with tenants.

This will take learning how and dedication to get sellers on the phone. 

I m still new to rei, but I have a motivated seller whose wanting to sell his mobile home, he only has 5000 left to pay on it.

So, some of us prefer passive investing with others who have full time staff dedicated to deal flow.
