Just the kind of information that I wanted to know about the Agents and Brokers fighting each other for the right to sandbag my Listing, while my property sits there with no Flyers and the Agent I signed on with, gets other helper Agents to do the Open House once a month with the lock box on the front door to let in the other Agents and none of them know a damned thing about the property they are showing.

I'm really not trying to be mean, but the fact that you needed someone to explain how you can sell a home with an outstanding mortgage means that you are a long way from being ready to jump into real estate.Don't spend a dime, on real estate or any courses or "programs."
