I have to pay a monthly fee even if I don't do any tenant screening, but the platform also allows me to collect rent online and I don't believe they actually hold the money, unlike some other companies that have held, (and lost!)

@Steeve Breton from my understanding, once there is a non-accredited investor in a 506b deal, there are a few additional pieces of self-verification information that the Sponsor must collect, and once they have to collect if from NA folks, they must collect it from ALL.

My conceptual understanding of seller financing is that you’re essentially the bank collecting mortgage payments from the owner (who maintains - or doesn’t maintain - the property) instead of collecting rent payments from a tenant who lives in your house which you maintain.
