What kind of furniture is on the porch/in the yard?

Even if you got a bad house and did not flip, but re modeled and made its value jump and then rented it I could see that being very profitable, that land is what is important, because those parents want to give their children the greatest opportunity.

This month's looks to be good and I'm hoping to make it - with me it's always a matter of babysitting since my husband is on project sites a lot and my children are under the double-digit age.

Those are the ones with constant tenant complaints. 4 bd also typically attract families with children that can be harder on the home.

Cassandra Faraci - I have 2 small children myself, one is almost 4 and my little guy literally just turned 1 on 8/2 -- so I know first hand how helpful it is having Grandma and Grandpa around!

Would any educator with school aged children of their own stay in the city system if they could afford to move to Brookfield?

I realize some of you may have children/family time, two jobs or work later into the evening.  

Happily married with 2 wonderful school age children.

I have learned my lesson when it comes to tenants with small children, don't use carpet. 

Per federal Fair Housing guidelines, you cannot have rules that are different for children than for adults - that would be discrimination.
