Hi all. My name is Jeff Griggs. I found BP awhile back. I have spent time browsing the forums and listening to podcasts. I have read lots of RE books. My biggest problem has been inaction. That recently changed as I purchased my first SFR. It feels GREAT!! I also felt it was time to come out of the BP shadows and engage others of similar interests. I am looking forward to getting to know and learning from you all. Hopefully I will be able to bring value to some of you at some point. A little about me. I am 45 and more of the quite, thinking, introvert type. Happily married with 2 wonderful school age children.
