Noob from MD
I’m totally green when it comes to real-estate investing. I’m about to have my first rental property (my first home purchase) and I am fortunate to be in a situation where I have a place for my family and I to stay if needed.
I’m interested in learning the craft on a part time basis. My goal is to acquire 2-3 addition rentals (condo, single family, townhome, ect) before I purchase my next home. Willing to put in the time, effort and sweat equity it takes. Looking partner with mentors in the MD area (closer to Columbia/Baltimore the better).
