PM me if you have Q's or need a good CPA.thanks so much - (un)fortunately, our other properties are showing positive cashflow, so noqualifying as a RE pro - not sure. we own 13 units, and all except this one are being rented, but its strictly a part time gig...refinancing - we've been back and forth on this. bottom line we are not super comfortable with the area and want to capitalize on the current high market pricesthanks again

Judge interpreted the legal precedence and stated that tenant is one of comfort, not being inhabitable having to do with things like water, heat, etc, as precedence has set in OH.
