To give myself ultimate comfort I want to advertise and “verbally” confirm a tenant or two.

Judge interpreted the legal precedence and stated that tenant is one of comfort, not being inhabitable having to do with things like water, heat, etc, as precedence has set in OH.

You may want to manage a portfolio yourself or you may feel comfortable building up a team to scale up.

So if your comfortable investing close to home but not locally that could be an option for you.Be Unstoppable

Find a property management software that you like, and spend some time getting comfortable with it. We personally use TenantCloud, but others on this site use Cozy, Buildium, or others.

I understand the comfort of having someone performing work having insurance. 

I'm looking for a Lic.Contractor to handle the renovations on these projects.Must be familiar/comfortable with larger extensive renovations.
