(You basically add a simple tracking code when setting up the Fbook ad, anytime someone clicks, it then stores there info so you can then run more campaigns targeting just the audience you built off of clicks to your ad) My targeting I mentioned was all Facebook ads, you can target many different behaviors and demographics

My husband and I started  Wholesaler Mastermind and Accountability Call, so we could find more off-market deals by training new wholesalers how to build lists, find phone numbers, create solid mailing, emailing, texting and cold calling campaigns that will boost the effectiveness and likelihood of closing more deals. 

I haven't heard ONE dem campaign on the fact they supported those.

This is going to be my first marketing campaign.

I could do 4 direct mail campaigns with that $5500.

The first mail campaign went out November 3rd (and we're already working on a deal).

Are there any comprehensive resources (books, specific blog posts/websites) you can reccomend to learn about direct mail campaigns.  

Finish a yellow letter campaign and buy at least one property from the effort. 

You can have great success with off-market properties - that you can find when you do direct mail campaigns.
