I would start out with vacant houses you can look at and ask questions of the realtor without bothering the tenants or sellers.  

The more they see me, the less I get bothered.

I didn't bother discussing this with the Bridge team because this is not in their scope of work.

Business credit doesn't work like personal credit, it's no where near as useful for a bank.For small loans, under 1MM, many lenders won't even bother pulling business credit.

I also invest in central Alabama where the schools are also horrible, so that doesn't bother me.

I know that a lot of investors don't bother to repair a lot of the problems found in an inspection report.

My advice is focus on the biggest issues, if there are any, and not to bother with the small things, which might just rile up negative emotions and cast a dark cloud over the escrow process.

I ask tenants to please smoke any thing away from the building so as to not bother other residents.
