Looking at a 6-plex and need help

Good afternoon/evening BP,

So I'm in need of the communities help. I have set up an appointment with my real estate agent to look at a 6-plex in Milwaukee. I'm unsure of the next step. I intend to use my VA loan to purchase this property (or one soon). What should I expect when meeting the agent at the property?

You may want to confirm you can use your VA loan for the property. I'm of the impression that similar to an FHA loan, VA loans can only be on properties that have 4 units or less. Anything above 4 units make the property a commercial property.
