In the last year that is what blocked us from a few houses.

I do not blame them for this because the legislation blocking evictions is overreaching and basically encouraging them to steal from their landlords. 

The home is built up some but one neighbor who has lived there 15 years said not enough. block frame home with only 2 ways for water to get in.

A block retainer or concrete decorative block will cost a little more but will last forever and look a lot better.  

Many moving parts and it can prove to be too much for the new kid on the block. 

I would block their phone number and move on.

.- What to focus on in the beginning: Create new relationships and continue to build on the existing ones.As an agent, the main leads you want to focus on are the HOT leads (FSBO and expired) and the warm leads (personal circle/sphere of influence).Focus on speaking to as many people within a specific time block each day and do it consistently.
