What is the city or state law for pets, (usually it's something like no more than 3 per cat, dog etc.

I reckon the "principal-only" repayments (rather than the more usual "interest-only" repayments variation) is the BIGGEST plus for this deal!

The biggest benefit is no PMI.

Mostly rural , small hick towns, stlouis closest major city, carbindale marion two closest too me.

My first deal had some hair on it (required substantial rehab, inherited existing tenants, required city approval to reconfigure), but was a great experience that I would do again and again!

Not to mention the permits and the city inspectors putting their two cents in everytime they drove by.

That specific neighborhood is definately one of the least desirable in the city, although there may be some decent rental properties in the area.
