I lost 5 to 10k no biggee... and its a bare lot I want to build a home on and sell new construction.. so title insurance is a must if I am to do with it what I want.. can't rent a bare lot often.. this is very common in Charleston.. were you have very old titles and a lot of folks that just don't follow normal Paper work..

Take emotion out of it, look at the deal in its bare form.

That is about the bare minimum, especially here in Denver, as there is a large concentration of hospitals, and a large concentration of housing opportunities.

I have the money but I am just having a hard time finding houses since the interest rates have been high and the houses I have been analyzing are just barely break-even.

I'd rather have a limited number of clients that I can serve well rather than a great deal that I barely know.
