Hi everyone, my name is Will!

I am both a new investor in Albuquerque and new to Bigger Pockets. I’m barely getting my feet wet and would like to connect with other real estate professionals in New Mexico.

I’m interested in all aspects of real estate, but would like especially to hear from wholesalers and those who have worked with wholesalers in the state. I just purchased my first property, so my capital to invest into another door needs to (ideally) be supplemented with another stream of revenue.
