Are these kinds of liens sold in any state auctions or to private investors?

In florida no title company will issue title insuracne on a taxded property until 5 years after it was sold at auction.

For example they have been starting to barricade areas used repeatedly as RV camps and destroy the most unsanitary/unsafe impounded RVs instead of selling them at auction to end up on the street again,  and are doing a better job (still inadequate,  but better) of removing encampments before they get too large or out of control.   

How can I buy a property directly from the bank without going through the auction process? 

Anyone here have recommendations on where to go to learn how to buy homes at auction or for cash?

I’ve got a full breakdown of the last assessment which was done 2 years ago.Also yeah, I did kind of jump in without a plan, but that’s because this property was marked for auction and I had to move quickly.

If you need to walk a property, you probably shouldn't be doing sheriff auctions.
