In May, I bought a house in Arvada with $0 down through a first time homebuyer down payment assistance program.

We own our primary residence, have always taken the standard tax deduction, have 4 children, one graduating high school this year, have never owned a business, don’t know what could possibly be written off or what needs to be saved throughout the process, and would prefer to have a cpa and attorney assist with the set up of an LLC to ensure we’re getting the most tax benefits and asset liability protection as well.

So, looking for common-ground, I'd say the solutions lie in combining (1) super modest rent stabilization laws that won't handcuff and bankrupt developers and landlords but instead focus on anti-gouging; (2) enhancing rent-assistance programs; and (3) streamlining development, with crackdowns on NIMBYism.    

Most existing staffing will remain in place but we will be replacing / assisting some of the management. 

I have been trying to locate a good real estate accountant that could assist me prior to pulling the trigger on the refinance and it seems most referred accountants I have looked into all specialize in small business accounting as well.

A partner and I are looking at having a CPA assist us with an off-market deal in South Carolina.
