Refinancing out of a MSHDA loan

I am buying a property in SE Michigan using MSHDA assistance program to fund the down payment ($10,000).

The home is being sold as is and need repairs. Once completed, I plan to hold the property for at least 5 years and refinance the MSHDA out.

Anyone with experience refinancing out of a MSHDA?
