You bring up a good point that the GP will want to show a high return for the next deal but I have seen one case where it was not really aligned with the best interests of the LP.

What happens when Seller/Mortgagee just align interests with an originator who might have Seller bias?

What is your long term goal, and what moves can you make now that will align with that goal?

I've done one before and will never again)... and the cool thing is that you know it can be done (ton's of people have done it before you, tons...... you just need to buckle down, align w/ the right resources and people, and take consistent action and don't quit. 

Issues with surveying-setbacks, easements, water and sewer mains and alignment, elevation and drainage come into play and are usually not considerations in rehabs or additions.

With time, I've realized investing is more in alignment with where I'm going.
